After-School Club vs Homeschool STEM Lab vs Summer Camp: Which Fits?
RunTheCode offers three ways to join the lab in Davenport, FL. All three use the same six labs and small groups of 3–4 students. The difference is when your child comes and how often. Here's how to choose.
After-School Tech Club
Runs August to May, Monday through Friday, with 2-hour sessions between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. It's a school-year membership for students who want to keep building skills after class. Choose 1–5 sessions per week; students continue their own project tracks across all six labs.
Homeschool STEM Lab
Runs August to May with flexible weekday scheduling. It gives homeschool families a ready-made STEM and technology block with personalized learning paths, small groups and documented project progress. RunTheCode is an approved Step Up for Students provider.
Tech Summer Camp
Nine weeks in June and July, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. It's a full-day STEM camp for ages 6–15 where students rotate through all six labs every day. Families pick their own drop-off and pick-up times within camp hours. A $50 registration fee applies.
Choosing a monthly plan
After-school sessions last 2 hours. Homeschool visits remain up to 3 hours. Both programs include all six labs, with a $50 enrollment fee. Zelle is available; confirm the recipient is Runthecode Llc and include your child's name and program in the memo.
