Everything parents ask us

Still unsure about something? Call us or send a message — we answer the same day.

What is RunTheCode?+

A hands-on tech lab in Davenport, FL where students ages 6–15 explore coding, robotics, engineering, science, 3D printing and game design through guided, project-based learning.

Are programs structured or self-paced?+

Self-paced with structure. Every child progresses at their own speed on real projects, guided by our lab mentors.

How are students grouped?+

By skill level rather than age, in small groups of 3–4. Groups shift through the day depending on the lab rotation and project complexity.

What does a typical day look like?+

Students rotate through the six labs, working on different projects across the day, with brain breaks to stay focused.

What are the summer camp hours?+

Monday to Friday with flexible drop-off and pick-up between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You choose your times within those hours.

Is lunch provided?+

No. Students bring their own lunch and drinks; we provide snacks.

Do students go outside?+

No. All activities happen inside our lab environment.

Is the facility safe?+

Yes. Staff supervision, a campus monitor, security cameras and plaza security officers. For safety and focus, only staff enter the lab during sessions.

Will I get updates about my child?+

Yes. We regularly share progress and photos of the projects your child is building.

When do the school-year programs run?+

Homeschool and after-school programs run August 1 through May 30. Summer camp runs 9 weeks in June and July, and we also offer Winter and Spring camps.

Can we visit the lab?+

Yes. Tours can be scheduled on Saturdays — send us a message and we'll book a time.

Do you accept Step Up for Students scholarships?+

Yes, we are an approved provider. Depending on your scholarship type you may be able to pay us directly through the Step Up platform.

What if I can't pay through Step Up directly?+

You can pay out of pocket and submit your receipt to Step Up for reimbursement, based on your eligibility. Every payment gets a confirmation email and receipt.

What ages do you teach?+

Ages 6–15. Students are grouped by skill level rather than age, in small groups of 3–4, so a younger student with experience can work alongside older beginners.

How much does the After-School Tech Club cost?+

Sessions are 2 hours long between 3:00 and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Choose 1 session per week for $50 a month, 2 for $90, 3 for $140, 4 for $190 or 5 for $240. A one-time $50 enrollment fee applies.

What are the Winter Break camp hours?+

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Wednesday — the same hours as our other seasonal camps.

How many weeks is summer camp?+

Nine weeks, running through June and July, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Families choose their own drop-off and pick-up times within camp hours.

Is there an enrollment fee?+

Yes — a one-time $50 enrollment fee per family per program year. It covers onboarding, placement and your child's project account.

Do you offer morning sessions?+

Afternoon time slots are open now. Morning drop-off between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM is available on group request — tick the interest box in the enrollment form and we'll confirm once enough families ask.

Can you help with transportation after school?+

Independent providers — San German Transportation and Angels Prestige Transportation — also serve Four Corners Lower and Upper campuses. Contact them directly for routes, seats and pricing.
