What we collect
When you submit an enrollment request we collect the parent or guardian's name, email and phone number, the student's first name and age, schedule preferences, interests, and any allergy or care notes you choose to share. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information to confirm availability, place your child in the right group and pace, contact you about scheduling, and keep required emergency and care information on file.
Payments
Payments are processed by our secure store and, where applicable, by the Step Up for Students platform. Card details are handled by those payment processors and never stored by RunTheCode.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent family information. We share it only with staff who need it to run programs, and with service providers who host our website, store enrollment records or process payments on our behalf.
Photos of student work
We may photograph projects students build. Photos that identify a child are only shared publicly with written parent permission, which you may withdraw at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your family's information at any time by emailing us. We keep enrollment records only as long as needed for program administration and legal requirements.
